Technical Summary: The largest listed company in the world. Everyone knows the story of AAPL, there are countless articles, documentaries and even movies about the company that started in a garage. Even the worlds greatest investor, Warren Buffett has recently accumulated his largest position in a listed company in the stock. The general trend for AAPL is up over the last 5 years. This has continued for the most part over the last year. However the stock has recently pulled back from highs of over $230 per share to an area of support at around $170. The ‘correction’ has been sharp, this suggests that it might take some time to work through. However on a mean reversion basis this might provide an opportunity for shareholders who have been waiting to buy the stock.
