Air New Zealand Limited (AIR.NZX)

26 September 2018

Technical Summary: In general the stock of AIR has made some progress from the bottom left to the top right of the 5 year chart. This however has not been without the wild volatility that is so often associated with Airline Stocks. The picture over the last year looks a bit more stable as the stock has been trading within a range as opposed to trending. This trading range may therefore appeal more to the mean reversion trader as opposed to the trend follower. It will be interesting to see however where the next significant move for AIR will be. Will the stock ‘take off’ (excuse the pun) to the upside or will it come ‘crashing’ back down to earth? or will it continue in its current trajectory, taxiing on the run way?.

Will the stock 'take off', come 'crashing' or stay 'taxiing'?
