Qantas Airways Limited (QAN.ASX)

28 August 2018

Technical Summary: Despite some volatility it has been a nice long term trend for shareholders of QAN. This volatility and trend has continued on the one year chart above. From its lows at the end of 2017 the stock has made a consistent series of higher lows. The stock has recently pulled back to an area of support and appears to be consolidating. It will be
interesting to see how the impact of share buy backs impacts the stock price going forward. This slight pull back could be considered a buying opportunity. However a break below support can be considered bearish. Most probably the stock will take some time to work through this basing period before making a new move.

Anyone have a takeoff pun?
