Australian Agricultural Company Limited (AAC.ASX)

13 April 2018

Technical Summary: The five year chart of AAC shows a volatile stock that has never really been able to find any sort of consistent momentum in any direction. Over the last year things have been tough for shareholders with the stock for the most part locked below its 50 day moving average. Moving from the left to the right of the chart, it started with a breakdown of a breakout. During the middle of the year the stock attempted to consolidate and actually moved above the 50 day moving average. However, the base that the stock was forming was not long or constructive enough and the stock broke back strongly to the downside. The stock now shows that it could be showing signs of consolidation and
has actually moved above the 50 day moving average. However this should be considered constructive at this point and the stock definiately needs more time.

Poor performance from AAC, is the stock looking to find a bottom?
