Technical Summary: Due to a lack of liquidity the chart of DGL always looks a bit patchy, with often very small amounts of stock changing hands. The trend however over almost every time frame is up. This trend has been bolstered by the long term fundamental performance of the business. For the most part, except when it is overextended you have been able to buy the stock on new highs when it breaks out. This is certainly the case over the last one and five years. Recently however the stock has pulled back after becoming way overextended with the rest of the market. The question here is whether there is more to go or if it an opportunity to buy the dip.
