Elders Limited (ELD.ASX)

15 November 2018

Technical Summary: The five year chart of ELD shows a stock that is in a general uptrend. However things look a bit more crazy when you zoom in to the one year. The stock is essentially trading where it was one year ago and has gone sideways. In this sideways period there has been some pretty wild swings in the stock with times when it looks very overextended and other times when it has looked oversold. Things have been particularly volatile in the last few trading sessions after a fundamental update caused a low base breakout. The breakout was short lived however with the stock cut down like a tree in the next couple of trading sessions. With the stock now trading at its 50-day moving average it will be
interesting to see if things will consolidate or if the volatility will continue.
