Technical Summary: Unfortunately there is an issue with our data source on a2 Milk so we have been forced to use the data from the Australian listing. The picture still looks the same however. A2 is the sort of trend that you do not want to miss out on in the markets. The stock has provided a few clear buying oppportunites throughout the year. More recently the stock has become quite overextended and has snapped right back. To us this indicates that the uptrend in the stock could be over, at least in the time being. The recent sell off has been delivered with above average volume and has been characterised by an increase in volatility. We would like to see the stock consolidate and contract in both volume and volality before considering it buyable again. For now at least the trend is over.
